Final Dayz is a top-down zombie defense game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the app stores and sends.

Information the app does not collect

Information stored on your device

The app saves these items locally on your device, using the app's own storage:

This data stays on your device. Deleting the app removes it.

Information sent to our servers

The shared leaderboard uses a server we operate. When you save a high score and have an internet connection, the app sends:

The server stores the shared top scores so they appear on everyone's leaderboard. Your score and initials are the only game data sent.

When the app connects to the server, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address and the time of the request. We do not use these logs to identify you.

If you do not want to share a score, do not save initials at the end of a run. The game still works without an internet connection.

Children

Final Dayz is not directed at children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
